Learn to Sign

As a team of professionals we recognise that as children and young people develop and encounter more complex concepts we need to be able to explain them - so we've raised the bar. All child contact staff are expected to achieve L3 British Sign Language and have the opportunity to continue to Level 6. We're nearly there - thank you to our fabulous BSL team for leading the way.
